Basic Services Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into and made effective immediately upon signing, by and between Star Rewards LLC ("Company"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, doing business through its platform BestAIWebsites.com, and the undersigned client ("Client").

"Platform" or "Website" refers to www.BestAIWebsites.com, the website operated by Star Rewards LLC.

Services & Deliverables
- 3 Page Website Setup
- Contact form and chat widget on website
- BestAIWebsites.com software account setup
- Automated Lead Followup through SMS and Email
Upon signing, the setup fee and first month's payment are due. Monthly payments will be automatically billed for 24 months.
*No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed, unless the guarantee is not met based on the terms below.

Guarantee
If the Client pays the setup fee in full, we will guarantee that their website appears on the first page of Google (for local keyword searches) within the first 6 months of our agreement. If it does not, a full refund of the setup fee and monthly fees will be issued.

Terms of Guarantee
The guarantee is void if:
- The Client does not approve suggested offers according to proven strategies.
- The Client fails to provide requested content or data within 7 business days.
- The Client fails to respond to Star Rewards LLC communications within 24 business hours.

To claim the guarantee, the Client must email [email protected] between 7 days before and the final business day of the 6th month. Guarantee is void after 24 months.

Terms of Service
Star Rewards LLC may limit, suspend, or terminate this agreement if the Client becomes disruptive, abusive, or impairs services.

Liability
Star Rewards LLC is not liable if the Client's platforms are hacked or suspended due to client actions. Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, war, legal changes).

Cancellation Policy
To cancel at the end of the 24-month term, the Client must email [email protected] at least 7 days before renewal and complete the off-boarding form and a 15-minute exit interview. Failure to comply may result in continued charges.

Basic Services Agreement

Privacy & Confidentiality
Client's Confidential Information will not be shared without permission. Star Rewards LLC owns and protects its strategies, materials, and intellectual property. Client may use provided materials only during the agreement period.

Video and phone calls may be recorded for quality and training. Excerpts may be used internally or for marketing with consent.

Terms of Sale
All program sales are final and non-refundable. The Client waives chargeback rights. Upon termination, all materials must be returned. Non-payment may result in deactivation of websites and services.

Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Both parties waive their right to a jury trial.

Payment Authorization Form
I, named and signed below, authorize Star Rewards LLC to charge my credit card for the agreed-upon purchase and payment schedule. I certify that I am an authorized user and will not dispute payments that match the terms.
